Gingerbread Cookies


  • 2 pcs. VEGGs for baking and cooking
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • ⅔ cup of sugar
  • Gingerbread spice
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • ⅓ cup of plant-based drink


Prepare vEGGs according to the instructions on the package, then cream them with sugar until smooth consistency is obtained. Mix the flour, gingerbread spice and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add vEGGs creamed with sugar, molten margarine and vegetable drink. Knead the dough until it has a smooth and solid consistency. Pin out the dough thinly, cut out the selected shapes and bake it in 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes.
