Ingredients for 2 burgers:

  • 4 vEGGs (vEGGs Omelette)
  • 2 burger buns
  • baby spinach
  • carrot bacon
  • vegetables of your choice, e.g. tomato, onion, cucumber
  • vegan mayo

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 and put hamburger buns inside. Prepare vEGGs according to instructions on the packaging, then cook 2 mini-omelettes on a frying pan. Next put your mini omelettes inside buns with vegan mayo and vegetables of your choice.
