Breakfast Muffins with Vegetables

Ingredients for 8 muffins:

  • 15 vEGGs (1 package of vEGGs Omelette)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • chives
  • vegetable oil
  • herbs and spices of choice

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180. Prepare vEGGs according to instructions on the package. Chop red pepper and chives, then add them to prepared vEGGs. Put everything into muffin forms and bake at 180 for 20-25 minutes.
