Breakfast Burrito

  • 2 wheat tortillas
  • ½ cup of canned red kidney beans
  • ¼ cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp of vegan mayo
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 vEGGs (vEGGs Omelette)


Prepare 2 vEGGs (vEGGs Omelette) according to the instructions on the package, then make a scramble. Next heat up tortillas on a pan, then add mayo, drained canned beans, tomatoes, lettuce and vEGGs Omelette scramble. Wrap all the ingredients and enjoy your breakfast burrito.
