- ½ cup of canned red kidney beans
- ¼ cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp of vegan mayo
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 vEGGs (vEGGs Omelette)
Preparation:
Prepare 2 vEGGs (vEGGs Omelette) according to the instructions on the package, then make a scramble. Next heat up tortillas on a pan, then add mayo, drained canned beans, tomatoes, lettuce and vEGGs Omelette scramble. Wrap all the ingredients and enjoy your breakfast burrito.
