Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flour (or ground oatmeal)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 vEGGs
- 100 ml plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 apple
Preparation:
Prepare the dry and wet ingredients in two different bowls. Combine the contents of both bowls and mix until a uniform dough is formed.
Peel the apple and cut it into small wedges. Put two tablespoons of the dough into a small casserole dish, e.g. 15 cm in diameter, then the apple wedges and on top place the rest of the mixture.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees C. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
