- 2 vEGGs (vEGGs or vEGGs Omelette)
- 2 apples, chopped
- ¾ cup of plant-based milk wish I knew what a “glass” measurement is
- 1 cup flour
- 2 T sugar
- Pinch of salt
Prepare vEGGs according to package instructions. Mix vEGGs with flour, sugar and plant-based milk. Add apples. Cook pancakes on both sides on low heat.
