Apple Pancakes


  • 2 vEGGs (vEGGs or vEGGs Omelette)
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • ¾ cup of plant-based milk  
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 T sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon


Prepare vEGGs according to package instructions. Mix vEGGs with flour, sugar and plant-based milk. Add apples. Cook pancakes on both sides on low heat.
