Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter 
  • 2½ cups flour
  • 50 g oil, e.g. coconut oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 vEGGs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180*C. Prepare vEGGs according to package instructions. Mix the prepared vEGGs with sugar until smooth. Add flour and the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray. Bake for about 10 -12 minutes at 180°C or until done.
