
Ingredients:
- 100g buckwheat
- 1 cube tofu
- 1 vEGGs (vEGGs or vEGGs Omelette)
- Fennel
- Chive or spring onion
- 2 T breadcrumbs or wheat flour
- Salt, pepper
- Vegetable Oil or olive oil for frying
Preparation:
Boil the buckwheat according to package instructions. Let it cool and drain. With a fork, grind tofu into fine pieces. Prepare vEGGs according to package instructions. Once the buckwheat cools, mix all the ingredients and form them into patties. Fry the patties on both sides until brown.
