vEGGs Omelette Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of vEGGs Omelette
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 1 leek, chopped
  • 1 cup of peas or green beans
  • or frozen vegetable mix

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180*C. Prepare the entire package of vEGGs Omelette according to package instructions. Boil or stew the vegetables of your choice, then set aside. Season the vEGGs Omelette dough with your favorite spices. Combine the dough with the previously prepared vegetables. Place mixture in an ovenproof dish and bake for 50-60 minutes.
