- 200 ml of plant milk
- 25 g of fresh yeast
- 50 g of vegetable oil
- 350 g of wheat flour
- 2 pcs. VEGGs for baking and cooking
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 teaspoons of cinnamon
Heat the milk, add yeast, sugar and flour and prepare the leaven. Prepare vEGGs according to the instructions on the packaging. When the leaven grows twice in its size, mix it with flour, oil and vEGGs. Then leave the dough to grow for at least 1 hour.
When the dough has grown, pin it out pretty thin and sprinkle it with sugar mixed with cinnamon. Wrap it up and cut into pieces. Put in on a baking tray with baking paper on it and bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C.
