  • 200 g vegan butter, coconut oil or margarine
  • 200 g dark vegan chocolate or chocolate chips + extra for sprinkling on top
  • 3 vEGGs (vEGGs or vEGGs Omelette)
  • 200 g sugar
  • 135 g flour
  • pinch of salt


Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C.  Melt butter and chocolate at low temperature until liquified. Prepare 3 vEGGs according to package instructions. Cream the vEGGs with sugar. Add melted chocolate, flour and salt to the mixture and blend until smooth.

Pour the brownie mix onto a rectangular baking tray, optionally sprinkle the top with chocolate chips. Bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
